License Holders, Welcome to StateReporting.com!

We know that state regulated license holders work hard on the job…and then they work hard again on their continuing education so that they can keep working hard on the job. We get that! That’s why monitoring your CE hours at StateReporting.com is simple and free – ALWAYS.

Unlike other private CE monitoring programs, which charge you through special accounts to see your own CE transcript, or professional associations which are paid through your yearly membership dues, we will never charge you to use our services to manage your CE hours, it’s even in our state contracts.

The primary ways that we are assisting your license renewal this year are:

  • Standardizing the platform for providers to submit completion records to the state,
  • Decreasing the time it takes your state agency to show your hours down to 24 hours from 30 days, and
  • Providing copies of certificates for courses that were reported into our system.

So create your account at StateReporting.com to confirm your transcript right away.

On your transcript and don’t see the hours you took? Request Reporting from your provider. Next to the Compliance status notice on your transcript is the Request Reporting button.

Once you’ve clicked Request Reporting:

  • select your provider and course,
  • confirm you took the course,
  • enter the date of completion and upload your completion certificate, and
  • submit the request.

Your provider now gets an email and a notification of your Request for their approval.

Still need hours? Check out our exclusive Course Lookup and be confident that if you select a course from this list, it’s already approved by your state agency for your CE hours. And if you’re not sure which provider to use this year, check out the reviews to see what other professionals said about the course.

Received a reporting email? Take a moment and review the course you took. Your feedback adds valuable data for other license holders in our exclusive review system.

Any questions? Call us at 855-261-9808, email at support@statereporting.com, or use the live chat on the site. We’re here to help you get back on the job!
